Q: When should I RSVP by?

A: Please RSVP by August 2.

Transportation & Accommodations

Q: What is the address of the wedding venue?

A: 550 Bayview Avenue, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, M4W 3X8

Q: Is the wedding venue accessible for those using a mobility aid (i.e. a wheelchairs, walkers, etc.)?

A: Yes! There is one short set of stairs leading to the ceremony area that has a wide, gradually sloping ramp next to it. info on bathrooms etc coming soon

Q: Is there a separate venue for the reception?

A: No. The reception will take place at Evergreen Brickworks as well.

Q: What are the parking options?

A: Plenty of parking is available on-site in the Central Lot. Please click here for a map of the venue with parking, or click here to download a PDF the map.

Q: Is the venue accessible by public transit?

Attire

Q: What is the dress code?

A: Garden cocktail. Pleas click the links below to see some sites with examples:

Q: Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

A: The ceremony will be outdoors pending clear skies, and in the event of rain will be under a roof but still open-air. The reception will be indoor/outdoor.

Q: Are there preferred colors for attire?

A: Wear any fun or summer or autumn colors that you would like.

Plus-Ones

Q: Can I bring a plus-one?

A: All invited guests will be included on your invitation.

Food & Drinks

Q: What type of food will be served at the wedding?

There will be a variety of appetizers available during cocktail hour, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. Dinner will be family style and will include chicken, fish, and vegetarian options.

Q: Will there be an open bar?

A: Yes.

Wedding Weekend Schedule

Q: What is the wedding day schedule?

A: The schedule for the wedding day is available on the homepage.

Q: What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

A: The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30 PM, please arrive with enough time to get settled and be seated by that time.

Q: Is there a time gap between the ceremony and the reception?

A: No, there will be a cocktail hour immediately after the ceremony, followed by the reception.

For Out-of-Town Guests

Q: Could you suggest things to do while I am in town for the wedding?

Q: What is the local weather like?

A: Average temperature for September 1 in Toronto is a high of 70-75F/21-24C and a low of 60F/15C.

Q: Have you reserved blocks of rooms at any hotels?

A: No, but if you visit the travel tab there are several suggestions for places to stay in the area.

Gifts & Registry

Q: Where can I find your registry?

A: Please see the 'Registry' page on this website.

Q: Where should any gifts be sent/brought?

A: Gifts purchased online through either the Canadian or US registery sites should be shipped to the appropriate country via the addresses provided therein. If you are bringing a monetary gift, there will be a designated person available to accept it and put it in a safe place.

General Questions

Q: Can I take photos during the ceremony?

A: Photos may be taken during the ceremony so long as they do not block the view of others or cause disruption. Please avoid interfering with the photographer while she is getting her shots; photos taken during the ceremony by the photographer will be made available.
